It has been a dream of mine for a long time to have my own blog. Now I can finally do it! I’m so excited to be able to share my love of baking with you.

What Can Be Expected From Baking Therapy?

Look for new recipes every Friday! There will be gorgeous photos and how to videos with every recipe. Be sure to connect with me on social media so you can be reminded when I post. You wouldn’t want to miss out on these amazing recipes. I create wholesome from-scratch recipes with vegan and gluten free options.

There is also the therapy part of Baking Therapy. Its all about mental health awareness on this blog! Look for Mental Health Monday every week. There will be more personal posts written by myself and hopefully some community discussion.

When Will Baking Therapy Be Ready?

Hopefully soon! There are a lot of things that go into creating a blog. I’m doing nearly everything on my own, with some backup from my hubby and emotional support from my little dog Higgins.

I’m writing recipes and posts, baking recipes, researching, shooting photos, filming how to videos, and editing those photos and videos daily. Its a ton of work but I’m really enjoying it!

Its quite a learning process because there are quite a lot of things that are new to me. I’ve been an avid baker for years but I have never attempted to document it until now. I only want to put my best work on the blog for everyone to see. I’m a bit of a perfectionist with these things.
